How to do the challenge

Step One

Choose a suitable chair, with a height of approximately 40cm◊

Step Two

With arms folded, move from sitting to standing 5 times, as fast as possible

Step Three

Use a stop watch or your phone to record your time


Be careful not to strain or injure yourself

Stop the challenge immediately if your knees start to hurt

Don't lean backwards to gain momentum to avoid toppling over

Complete the test when you have a friend or family member there to support you

Do not try the test if you have had a recent fall or injury
